Can I subscribe for daily milk delivery?
Yes! Vedaaz Organics offers daily doorstep milk delivery through a monthly subscription. You can choose 0.5L, 1L, or more, based on your daily requirement.
Can I customize my delivery schedule? (e.g., every alternate day, only Monday & Tuesday)
Absolutely. Using the app, you can:
• Change quantity any day
• Schedule delivery on specific days
• Select alternate-day delivery
• Skip or add extra milk as needed
Or simply call your dedicated customer executive.
Your subscription is fully flexible.
What is the cut-off time for placing or pausing an order?
Pune -
You can place, pause, or modify your next-day delivery before 06:00PM the previous day.
Any changes made after 06:00PM will apply from the following day.
Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane -
You can place, pause, or modify your next-day delivery before 09:00 PM the previous day.
Any changes made after 09:00 PM will apply from the following day.
At what time is milk usually delivered?
Milk is delivered early every morning between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on your location.
We ensure delivery within 24 hours of milking for maximum freshness.
Which cities and areas does Vedaaz Organics currently deliver to?
We currently deliver fresh milk every morning in:
1. Pune
2. Mumbai
3. Navi Mumbai
4. Thane
Specific coverage areas can be checked inside the app using your pin code.
Can I pause or resume my milk subscription anytime?
Yes. You can pause or resume your subscription instantly from the app with just one tap.
This is perfect for travel, vacations, or days you don’t need milk. Just ensure that you will follow cutoff times for that perticular days.
What if my milk delivery is missed or delayed?
If your delivery is ever missed or delayed:
• Check your app for delivery status
• You may receive a notification if delays occur
• Our support team will assist with a re-delivery or adjustment

How do I make payments for my milk subscription?
Payments can be made directly through the app via:
1. UPI

3. Wallet recharge
Auto-deduct from wallet for daily deliveries
You can recharge your wallet anytime and use it for all Vedaaz Organics purchases.
Can I recharge my wallet directly from the app?
Yes. The app allows instant wallet recharge using UPI or cards.
Your daily milk cost gets deducted automatically from the wallet balance.
Do you send delivery notifications or reminders?
Yes. Customers receive:
